The Premier Life and General Assurance Corporation continues to recognize its responsibility to augment the welfare of the underprivileged in our society. With that, the team of Premier in partnership with the Raider 150 Owner’s Club Inc. (R.O.C.I.) went to Laiban Elementary School in Tanay, Rizal to conduct a Balik Eskwela Program as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Students from Kinder- Grade 12 were present and patiently waited with excitement while we handed over their school supplies and goody bags.
It was evident in the location of the school, and its state, that this community deserves a helping hand. With eight rivers to wade through and the hours of walking just to get to the highway, the school supplies and goody bags were indeed a much needed grant for the Back-to-School CSR program.
As the company nears looks forward to its 60th Anniversary, it is our unwavering commitment to espouse poverty alleviation programs, and recognizing the importance of providing social and financial help to the less fortunate of our society.
A new name but the same heart. The Premier Life and General Assurance Corporation conducted an outreach program in San Miguel, Bulacan in collaboration with its local government headed by Vice Mayor John “Bong” A. Alvarez, for its constituents affected by the typhoon “Paeng”, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
In line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN), to which Premier adheres too, it concentrated its efforts on the following objectives: No Poverty; Zero Hunger; and Quality Education. A total of 100 children received school supplies, and 100 families received grocery bags to help them on their path to recovery.
Blessings are nothing unless it is shared to those who are truly in need and as the company soars to new heights it makes sure to expand its outreach program with compassion to the less fortunate without boundaries.
ANG SEGURONG MAY PUSO this is what TPISC embodies, We take care not only of our stakeholders but even our communities which welcomed and embraced TPISC as their own, being grateful for what we are and what we do. In 2020, TPISC went to Hermosa, Bataan: a total of 165 families benefited from our grocery packages and 63 students were handed with school supplies as well.
This year, The Premier Insurance and Surety Corporation team revisited our community in Hermosa, Bataan because it was placed under state of calamity due to the heavy rainfall or habagat on July 29 and they really need help. As we travelled during the gift giving, you can see the extent damage that had hit the town. Many lost their homes, livelihood, and even some of their loved ones. Although TPISC's business is still affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, it still generously aimed to give back to our adopted community by providing 400 grocery packages for families and 75 school gift packs to help the children for their education.
As The Premier Insurance & Surety Corporation upholds its promise in meeting its clients' need with care, it also makes it a point to consider the general welfare of the community where its business operates. Hence, TPISC conducted its last CSR for the year 2020 with a Feeding Program at Brgy. 666 U.N. Ave., Ermita, Manila last December 16, 2020. 200 people benefited in the program, consisting of senior citizens and street sweepers. Aside from food packs, TPISC also provided grocery packages as a gift for the holiday season to culminate its CSR for the year 2020.
The Premier Insurance and Surety Corporation is committed to its business as well as to its community.
For its second Corporate Social Responsibility project for 2020, TPISC went to Mariveles, Bataan for - the Giving and Caring Program held last December 8, 2020 to reach out to the Ambala Indigenous People - who are, sadly, facing challenges namely - displacement, marginalization, and poverty. By the time the team arrived at the Purok 3 Hulo, Barangay Bamban, Hermosa, Bataan, the warm and cozy welcome of our friends from the community can be felt. Their excitement that there is someone that cares for them most especially at this time of the year was evident.
A total of 165 families received grocery packages and 63 students were provided with school supplies which they can utilize for learning.
It is always good to give back to the community and it does give us a new sense of purpose. Just like the way TPISC was built – it aims to spread patience, kindness, and resilience by fostering public awareness and involvement in the community.
With all the calamities that beset the country in 2020, The Premier Insurance and Surety Corporation is more committed in extending help hence, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project for 2020 with the theme “Sharing is Caring” conceptualized for the survivors of Typhoon Ulysses.
The TPISC employees volunteered for the said project from the preparation, packing of goods, up to the gift-giving day which was held last December 5, 2020, at Montalban, Rizal. 150 families received gift packs consisting of foods and essentials to alleviate their needs during such trying time.
Sharing is not just giving what you can but Sharing means you CARE for your community when they really need it the most.
